Upcoming CASA Events

February 21 In-service training: Kim Gardner, Lead Clinical Supervisor at Intermountain, will discuss Intermountain's school-based services. The training will take place at the CASA office on Reeder's Alley from 6-7:30 p.m.
March 6 In-service training: Cheryl Ronish and Pat Kemp of Cornerstone Counseling will explain their process of in-depth parental assessments and how to recognize the parents who are good candidates for these evaluations at the outset of a case.
March 16 Light of Hope Banquet at the Holiday Inn in the downtown walking mall. The event will include dinner, music, and a silent and live auction. Tickets $60 each, or $100 per couple. Tables and corporate sponsorships are also available. Email Pam or call 457-0797 for more information.
March 22 In-service training: Vicki Weida, retired CPS worker, will conduct a workshop on creating life books for foster children.
April 1 Come join us at the Lewis & Clark Brewing Company Taproom for Ales for Charity Night! For every beer sold from 5:00-8:00, CASA will receive 75 cents. Bring your friends!
April 17-19 Montana's Child and Family Services Division will hold its annual Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Conference in Helena. More information will be available soon.
May 10

Child and adolescent psychiatrist Dr. Leonard Lantz of AWARE will present a general overview of mental health conditions in neglected and abused children, and his experience in dealing with them.

June 18 Come join us at Blackfoot River Brewery for Community Monday! For every beer sold from 5:00-8:00, CASA will receive $1. Bring your friends!
